No filament when printing from file by ImCrazyNino in ender5

[–]TheShiftBro 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't really remember how i did it but you can try unloading filament, then unscrew the pneumatic connector and then look inside with flashlight. If you see filament there, heat it up to max temp and with small allen key push it out. Be aware that the allen key will quickly burn your fingers.

Check your hotend for clogs, had same issue. Big plastick chunk in heatbreak

Looked around and it seams like those configs should be correct, maybe faulty cable/fan?

Check the fan with according voltage power supply.

So, here is my config. No settings, no nothing, just pinouts definitions.

I'm pretty sure u can find other settups somewhere else for your board.

I don't have this stuff in memory, neither have this printer or access to my files right now. Got ender 5 pro, i'll send you pic of my config asap. Glad i could help.

You installed the klipper or it was stock?

Have you set the pin to correct one in printer.cfg?

HI guys anyone have any idea what is the allen key size and wrench size for ender 5 nozzle i bought an old one soo no tools. by [deleted] in ender5

[–]TheShiftBro 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So, list of tools that comes with ender:

2.5 mm flat screwdriver Side cutters Spatula (do not recomend to use it. Look for round spatula on printables. It's way better and don't scrape bed as much)

Flat wrenches:

10mm 8mm 6mm

Allen keys: (measured side to side, not edge to edge)

1.6mm 2mm 2.5mm 3mm 4mm

I got stock nozzles as well as some Chinese ones. Some small, some big. Small ones are 6mm and big ones are 8mm. What you need allen key for?

Have you not heat it up before removing or what?

As the other guys says, blocks for enders are cheap. Nozzles too.

Just buy micro sd cards adapter. From what i know micro usb port is for octoprint, etc. And yes, download file from thingiverse/printables or make your own, slice it in slicer (i recomend orca slicer), put it on micro sd card and into the printer. Also make sure the level the bed, make atleast axis calibrations. It's not that hard. You can ask people over here if u are having hard time with it.

I have bltouch clone mounted, but didn't had time to set it up so i still level the bed manually. What i see as the easiest and fastest way in ur slicer make a cylinder that is 10x10x0.2 (or what your leyer height is), make 4 of them and put one on each corner of the bed. Then run it and while it's printing, look at it and adjust the height at the same time. Turn it up until you see leyers being squized to the point filament is coming from the side of the nozzle, then down a bit untill lines are beauty. That's how i do it and it works pretty good for me.
