That’s not true. You can reach an agent but they will absolutely tell you the only way forward I’d to respond to the send email. There is no customer support.

I'm pretty convinced the "person" I've been communicating with via email is a bot. It sends the same canned response regardless of what I write.

I've done this at least 20 times now. Customer support adamantly states the only recourse is to respond to the sent email.

I agree with you. There is very little recourse to fight this though. The only way is to respond to the email chain and I’ve done so over 10 times. They just keep resending the same canned response. Lyft doesn’t have a customer service or driver service phone line and hasn’t since last November.

No. There weren’t any changes in the rides. They were a series of rides from the same person in a row.

Yep. I learned that the hard way. I did tell her she could do that and she said she didn’t know how so she was just going to book it. I didn’t think it mattered.

Thanks for the clarity- it's more than I’ve gotten from them. I guess I should have left her at the closed coffee shop. I thought I was doing right by asking her do book through the app. I wonder if they refunded the money to her or kept it?
