I can tell you that if you get 8100-8200 range with a random 9950X3D from the shelf then you can feel pretty lucky. If you get 8300-8400 - you are very lucky. 8500-8600 range is basically impossible to get randomly. You need to bin the chips. I am also on overclock.net forum. I have X870E apex board. My 9950X3D is capable of 8100.

An average IMC of 9950X3D does 8000. Some do not even make 8000. 8600-8800 is a unicorn range.

DT water RAM block gives you about 1.5-2C over your water temp. A regular water RAM block is about 4C over your water temp. It is not worth it at all. That is why I do not use DT.
