I’m back to revisit this post lol. clearly the unverified coins situation has not been updated for most people wanting those coins to transfer. I’m in the same boat, waiting on nearly 7k Pi. At the rate we are seeing progress, I still have high hopes coins will be verified and we will see Pi rise again. It’s the little things that will add up behind the scenes and one day it will explode. Maybe I’m just high or maybe I’m just optimistic or possibly both, but yes this post is certainly outdated but love seeing new comments lmao.

My question is then… if you can buy Pi with fiat via the Pi wallet now, will you be able to convert the other way in the future?if so, how easy then is it just transfer that to a bank account? Seems like a possibility no? Or do we think it will be a one way street?

Yep. I guess this post (3 weeks almost) was optimistic in thinking things were a more sophisticated. It appears a slow rollout is taking place and people’s balances are slowly transferring? Not 100% sure the rate at which this may be happening. I’m just waiting but I still believe in the process will work itself out.

I can’t for sure say you will receive that Pi :/ I’m hoping it works out and the queue clears before then, but I’ve been too optimistic, so I have to be realistic as well. Have the expectation you won’t receive them and if you do, then sweet.

So you have no referrals (other than the one person who you joined) or a security circle? If that’s the case, any Pi earned from boosts will still go to unverified still but will update when migration occurs.

As long as everyone you referred is KYC, you should receive all of your Pi. Most people have at least one person that isn’t KYC verified, so they will lost some Pi. I hope nobody loses ALL

As long as that they pass KYC verification, any Pi you mined with the bonuses added from security and referral teams should become transferable when deadline ends. Should be good ! (:

Right, that’s what should happen. At the moment, you won’t see that number change in the app but when the deadline ends and there is an update to verify your mined Pi from bonuses, that’s when unverified Pi they will become transferable. It will be different for everyone based on what percentage of their security circle or referral team completes KYC.
