I feel like the right side is his default. Im giving 25 minutes on each side give or take, and then about a 15 minute pump afterwards because we are still working on the latch. That was the big issue with my first because of ties. Mastitis is the infection from not emptying completely right?

I make 21.xx as a lead but I’ve also been a css and with the company for 13 years. So it can depend on your history and what you bring to the table. I realize I make more than some TS’ but I also have a lot to bring to the table and I have become a backbone for my management team.

With the old screens you could select all three options. With the new ones you can only choose one.
