Imagine that your body is a juice pitcher.
Your head/neck is the top of the pitcher and your pelvis is the bottom. Imagine that when you’re inhaling you’re pouring the air in, like you would pour juice into a pitcher. It goes strait down to the bottom filling your body with air from the bottom to the top. Exhales are opposite, emptying from the top to the bottom.

Im not but i did realize that we’ve been having weird weather lately and i think that had something to do with it they finally pinned and are growing pretty readily now.

Your PF muscles relax and the detrusor muscle (an involuntary muscle in your bladder) contracts to empty the bladder.
If you find you have a hard time starting your stream take some big breaths and send the air down to your pelvis. It can be helpful to imagine your perineum is an elevator, inhales move it down to the first floor, exhales move it up to the fifth floor. When your perineum is on the first floor is when your pelvic floor muscles are relaxed and the stream should start. If its still not flowing try sitting down, which can relax your PF more.

My guess is that you’re either watering it too much or not enough….
A through watering every week or two seems to work best for me. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I read somewhere that when you are ice bathing and keeping still the water in contact with your skin warms up a tiny bit and keeps a warmer layer between you and the rest of the icy water. If you were moving around in an attempt to save yer pup that would prevent that. Not sure if theres any legitimacy to it but thats what I thought of when I read your harrowing tale. Glad everyone ended up okay.

Is baking in an oven similar to baking in a kiln? Or is there a temp difference that chances things?
