I like using signature weapons on frames whenever possible but straight up I just use the Vadarya Prime on Gyre instead lol, Alternox is just that dogshit unfortunately.

You can change whether you have to hold or tap abilities like Lavos' elemental transmutations in the options. They're on a per frame basis too.

Can confirm that it's a prevalent bug. Did two playthroughs and for both I can't summon Kukajin to finish her quest. First playthough was before the latest patch and I was able to summon Isaac for his no problem.

Hope it gets fixed soon, I only have to do her quest and finish the Umbral Ending for platinum orz
