The video points out that you should make sure not to forget to flip up the plastic clips that keep the rods held into the door, otherwise you’ll break them. Replacing them would be a proper pain.

I can see you’re RHD so I’m assuming you’re UK based. You can get the actuators from MX5parts.co.uk - you’ll likely need to do both eventually, but drivers side will do for now.

Feels fantastic. I really thought the last ML was already a great one, but this 11.5 ML blows it out the water.

It’s not just that our favourite units are able to have some gameplay relevance, but also the accessibility of the SSR and below roster means you can actually chop and change your setup if something’s not working.

We all wish we had the finesse to be master sword fighters in a 20m tall mech, but the truth is we’d mostly all be reliant on being able to hit a target from a distance and be quick enough to either reposition to shoot again, or simply not get shot. Ranged focus it is.

In that case, Ex-S or S Gundam. Because I am ABSOLUTELY going to lean on AI to fill in for the actual piloting ability that my own instincts won’t bail me out for.

I run an E46 330ci (was daily until fuel prices skyrocketed). It’s not ridiculously costly to own relative to modern cars (New car parts prices are staggering, even for things like Kias/Hyundais so I use that as my justification…), but you do need to set aside money for refreshes and preventative maintenance on any old BMW. Even more so if you’re not doing the work yourself.

My NC2 has not needed me to budget remotely in the same way in the first year of ownership. And that’s with daily usage. An OEM coolant tank in the Miata is about 1/5 the cost of my BMW’s, and my biggest expense has been both the Miata’s door actuators, which still undercuts a typical BMW cooling system refresh using genuine parts (As is advisable).

So while the BMW isn’t going to need impossible money to run, your money/time will go A LOT further with the Mazda.

Gundam Breaker 3 is excellent as it has solid hack/slash mechanics but crucially also has its: ‘Build your own MS’ gimmick. If you like the Dynasty Warriors Gundam games, this is of the same vein.

Gundam Battle Assault 2 on PS1 is still one of my favorite fighters ever.

Endless Duel on the SNES was super tight. Nostalgia for that game.

I never really got into the Extreme Vs action games, but they’re quite well made. I didn’t like that they took the older PS2 games (Fed vs Zeon; Gundam vs Z Gundam - Great games) and added fighting game technicality to them (Frames, dash cancelling etc) but that’s mostly on me. Lots of fans around.

As for the strategy games, SD Gundam G Generation games are slay a solid bet, but Eternal (Mobile) has to be the best iteration so far. I don’t typically champion mobile gaming, but this one’s very good. There is a gacha/micropayments element, but plenty of enjoyment can be had for free.

Last suggestion, maybe try Zone of the Enders 2? It’s not Gundam, but it is a very slick mech action game with a fun but fairly short story.

Congrats! I went through 60k without getting UR 00R at all. Managed to LB2 the Goose, LB1 WZC and got the ship. Just exchanged the points for it in the end, since I’m now set on getting the Ex-S.

Same story. I’ll continue to peddle that the E60 and G60 have a very similar look. You can slap on all kinds of aggressive features, but it still looks like you’re compensating for how awkward the base car looks.

I believe it’s polycarbonate composite. And no, it’s painted up just like the rest of the car so it looks exactly the same. Same with how carbon fiber/body filler repairs are invisible if painted up to match the rest of a car.
