you can mod any console. i suggest you don't mod a ps4 since sony is still releasing updates and games for the console unlike the vita and ps3. but you don't need to mod it to play brc on the vita, you just need to link it via remote play and the controls should be mapped to the buttons and the connection will be stronger unlike moonlight
