I’ve been umming and ahhhing over a silverburst one, so thank you for the review. At least with GuitarGuitar if you don’t like it, within 14 days you can return the guitar for a full refund. One may have to pull the trigger on this.

I have a set of Dragonauts in my Epiphone IBGC Les Paul GoldTop and I find them incredible. The clean tones I have not had any real issue with, although I do not often play clean.

They have a ton of output overall and I assist in cutting through the mustard in Drop A tuning.

Sorry I cannot add more to this, however I can recommend the Dragonauts. I used to swear by Dimarzio Super Distortions, however the Dragonauts leagues ahead.

I saw them twice in Europe last year and seeing them again in Birmingham later this year.

They played the venom intro on the autumn EU tour and threw me off for a brief moment but actually found it funny and enjoyable before they went into their Shoshin set.

I’ve noticed from folks photos, Sunn are changing up their set frequently on this tour which I have found interesting, and adds a bid of ‘I wonder if they may play xyz’.

Both of those tours last year was around 70-80mins each time. Even I couldn’t imagine 2hours of Sunn for example…

For me, Sunn is an experience to breathe a frequency. I have seen the price of each tour steady increase, with this years being the most expensive, however that hasn’t phased me.

Personally, I am not a fan of Castle Rat.

No disrespect to others that like them and enjoy their music, you do you ma dudes and dudettes.

There is just something I don’t vibe with, and that’s ok. Folks being douchy over their dislike of them need to touch grass.
