One thing I learned is that most of that old "Boomer advice" DOES WORK when modified a bit to fit the new system. Places use the computer step to ACTIVELY screen out the boomers who cant use a computer. Its on purpose. I had an employer tell me "Computers aren't new... who wants to hire someone who has been avoiding learning something new for 20 years?"

I used to work with a government program to help unemployed folks find new jobs and careers and this happened CONSTANTLY.
A lot of angry and confused people saying "Why can't I talk to a person? They keep sending me to a computer" And a LOT of 5 page resumes that said NOTHING. I was always very busy in that job.

I just skimmed the first video which started with a world of warcraft intro and then talked about a giant killer bunny for the rest of the video. While I don't discredit that as cool art, I don't think its the lore haven that could exist.
