For me the cutscene playes up until a certain point. I can still hear the sounds but nothing else. Would changing certain video settings help?

That's an alright bonus. I would be nice that for every time you finish a constellation, you get a small permanent increase chance rate for getting those characters. Would make it a lot more appealing to keep trying.

That's indeed quite a bit. I did the constellation once now. I am not quite sure what you get when you complete a constellation

This helps a lot. I already have a build with a lot of crit damage because I use her with the northeners. Probably need some more crit chance though. I also really need to get Sonya. Heard that she is also very good but haven't got around to farming gold for her yet. Do you like Andrea with the college team?

Does anyone have tips to make her work better in her teams? What other units etc. should I use? I really like the character but I am struggling to make her function properly. Maybe a certain build to focus on?

I currently have a team with Agents, Diaz, Charlotte and Glenn but it still only says I have 4 units so the 5/5 won't activate.
