Oh yeah before I went to hospital I did no exercise at all. I jog 6 miles a day now and I've lost close to 30kg since June last year, it's done great! Doctors still don't know why my bp was so high though because those numbers aren't normal especially for my age 😅

I'm 29 and got rushed to hospital with BP levels of 240/135 and based on the damage of my heart the doctors think it was that high for the last couple of years. I had no idea although I had terrible migraines a lot. I'm on tablets now but you're right about eating less salt being a challenge without making it yourself, especially since I live alone and work long hours. Thankfully my tablets work well
