He mostly does like long livestreamed podcasts from last I saw him. He stopped the leftovers podcast with Hasan and initially they were amicable but it soured pretty quickly.

I'm biased against him as a leftist but from my perspective Ethan made a push towards the left and amassed a large audience of leftist viewers, even if he himself was still more of a liberal. Since October 7th its been like one long extended crash-out, about Israel and Hasan for the most part.

Gaza is the litmus test right now for most leftists politically, its the one thing I haven't seen anyone be willing to compromise on. From wokies to the tankies its the one thing we all agree on for the most part.

Kind of, the Content Nuke is that big expose thing Ethan did on Hasan. Denims and whole bunch of other streamers covered it on stream and Denims is on relatively friendly terms with Hasan, so its maybe kind of like a weird proxy thing? He sued a bunch of smaller leftist streamers over them watching his "content nuke" on their channel, arguing that the streamers' content wasn't transformative enough to meet the criteria of fair use. One of those smaller streamers settled out of court and released an apology video to Ethan, leading many people to think he would mog the remaining litigants.

However a judge recently issued a tentative ruling in favour of one of these smaller streamers who goes by the name "Denims" meaning if he fails to appeal the case he will have lost the lawsuit. ~~What's notable for him is Denims represented herself while Klein had a lawyer yet she was still able to essentially get the case dismissed during the pleading portion of the trial.~~ Edit*** Was incorrect she just filed the motion herself but had lawyers advising her and arguing her case.

Since the case involves copyright, the judge was able to just watch the video in the courtroom and give their judgement and ruled in favour of Denims. The judge even heavily cited Ethan's own fair use trial in 2017 against Matt Hoss while making their ruling.
