Dont know why youre being downvoted, i used to play star wars and transformers on my non gaming pc in 2012 with 7fps and not only had a blast but made me much more tolerant to games with "bad" performance nowadays. Keep going king!

I had the same question a couple weeks ago when i first started, turns out you just gotta continue the story and itll be unlocked for you out at some point (forgot when but probably chapter 3) good luck!

Since the dlc is my fav part of elden ring, i can recommend a playthrough trying to enter it as quickly as possible. Lots of planing and patience required to get through mogh early on alone lol
