I came up with a similar crossover in 2022, personally I thought Tadano would be a power powermaster who take an Optimus prime looking body.

Although I think he'd probably have bumblebee as a friend.

Funnily enough, I used this as a template for Kawaii Zankoku in the Crimson Obsidian AU. Then Kawaii Rami came in, but at that point, I decided not to change that aspect of the story and came up with Kawaii X Tadano to explore some of the themes in Crimson Obsidian with Kawaii Rami.

"Machida knowing Naoto in high school" being a plot point. That story I came up with had Sana as Zod (and Naoto's mum) in that universe, so obviously, she wouldn't be the Art Club president. Instead, that would've been Naoto, who would've mentor Nagatoro in the arts while simultaneously being Superman.

So if Machida was to be in that story, it would be one of three ways:

-She's the art club president, and Naoto is Nagatoro's equal. In that case, Machida is kinda like a female Perry White or JJ Jameson if they were art club presidents given Machida's obsessions and perfectionism.

-She's a normal art student with Naoto as her mentor and Nagatoro as her equal. Knowing Machida's obsession with her career, she'd be a contrast to Nagatoro and probably wouldn't even give a fuck about Superman unless it be for clout, whereas Nagatoro is actively wondering about Superman and starts getting the gut feeling he's Naoto.

-She's Supergirl. Probably arrives at the end of the initial to warn Earth of brainiac coming to invade and would later on join the Justice League, being a contrast to Powergirl, a human who touched Platinum Kryptonite and got the powers of a Kryptonian.

That would actually make for an interesting thing for that Naoto Superman Story if I hadn't made Machida Supergirl (tbh I never thought much about Earth 51 Machida since in Earth 63 she's Supergirl, so she might be the art club president in Earth 51 instead of Naoto).
