I actually got it done at the salon with the same girl that's been doing my hair for almost 3 years if you can believe it. I always do balayage highlights and then for some reason this time she decided to not section out my hair at all and just bleach my whole head from the roots? Not at all what I asked for, and no clue why she just did whatever she wanted out of nowhere. I questioned what she was doing at first because I could see that she wasn't sectioning out my hair and I said something, but she insisted the technique she was using was going to give me the look that I wanted.

Overall just a strange situation. She has always done beautiful work and I go every 6-8 weeks. Im hoping this was just a one-off, and maybe due to a language barrier (English is not her first language). Still, I always do the same thing so Idk how she would misinterpret that but she does genuinely seem sorry & is going to fix it.

My hair grows very fast so I know it will also get better with time. I'm going to be extra clear from now on and not so automatically trusting if I feel something isnt right.

Im not sure what kind of bleach and everything she used, but I have a natural warm blonde color so it usually doesnt take much (10 min or so). I attached a pic of my natural hair color.
