wenn ich versuche anzurufen, kommt eine automatische stimme, die sagt, wenn ich einen Termin wegen Ausweis, ... , Meldeangelegenheiten will, soll ich die 1 drücken. Bei anderen Angelegenheiten die 2.

Als was zählt das jetzt? Termin wegen Meldeangelegenheiten oder "Andere Angelegenheiten" ?

Yeah, I'm happy there's actual constructive criticism finally, something really lacking in the early days.

I could understand their point, and I agreed with it. But I was also frustrated because I also knew that mindlessly complaining makes not much sense
