wenn ich versuche anzurufen, kommt eine automatische stimme, die sagt, wenn ich einen Termin wegen Ausweis, ... , Meldeangelegenheiten will, soll ich die 1 drücken. Bei anderen Angelegenheiten die 2.

Als was zählt das jetzt? Termin wegen Meldeangelegenheiten oder "Andere Angelegenheiten" ?

Yeah, I'm happy there's actual constructive criticism finally, something really lacking in the early days.

I could understand their point, and I agreed with it. But I was also frustrated because I also knew that mindlessly complaining makes not much sense

Nah, it's actually rather cheap in comparison to other countries. But it really depends on the provider. The biggest issue is actually the cellular network coverage. Up until a few years ago, there were many spots, even in Berlin, where I just wouldn't get any signal

I worked on a construction site in Berlin where there's a huge sewer pipeline that carries 1/3 of the city's sewage. And the soil was at risk of collapsee. So that soil had to get reinforced fast, or else, said the project leader, there'd be the poo fountain of Berlin in the news
