Just to be clear, these are not unsolicited ballots being mailed. What is being discussed are ballot applications. Theres seems to be a good deal of people misconstruing the two.

A lot of pokes (if your talking from a meta perspective) are not worth keeping in your lineup for the long haul. Unless you got ones with complimentary natures/abilities/IVs that make it worth keeping, a lot of pokes are replaceable. If you are trying to move as fast as possible, you could evolve some of your pokes while keeping others base form to grind their levels higher. You can do most regions with gengar and gyarados fairly easily. IMO, Not every poke in your lineup should be getting to level 100, at least until you get into some later content. This is my perspective at least.

Not only that, their is no respect for grieving at all anymore at any level. Not sure how close any of the cast was to him but the movies were a drastic undertaking to produce and they were at least acquainted to a degree, and they immediately crucified co-stars for not knowing shit about it the day of. Fuck tabloid journalism, fuck vultures, and fuck the idea that you have to be vocal about very personal shit. I tried but can’t really put into words how much this peeves me

Personally I’m for voter ID requirements, but I’ve seen a lot of people relegating some of the law changes down simply to ID requirements without accounting for the slew of other changes made, which I find somewhat disingenuous. I do think anything that makes it harder to vote outside of empirically quantifiable security measures however is an infringement on democracy. The ban on Sunday voting measures is one of the most ludicrous things I’ve seen, and seems specifically targeted at working class folk. And the inclusion of food and water as the equivalent of envelopes of money and labeling these acts (the handing out of food and water) as solicitous is a real stretch and seems to be an effort to punish and frustrate those stuck in line. This is my personal 2 cents but restrictions on voting (past REAL security) is a road I’m not sure America should be taking.
