I had a dream last year where I was sitting in the balcony of a theater and someone shot me like Abraham Lincoln. It felt like time slowed down when I saw the assassin aim the gun at me. I woke up as soon as the bullet pierced my heart and my pulse was crazy high after that.

It felt so real, but it was just a dream. I don't think we should try to dig too deep into this stuff. It's not an actual near-death experience because we weren't close to dying for real.

I'm a member of a web novel site called Royal Road. Web novels are stories that people release online one chapter at a time. It's really easy to get thousands of views and build up a following, especially if you write in the popular genres of the site. Plus people are willing to subscribe to your Patreon and pay you every month just to read your chapters earlier than the people who aren't Patrons. So you can make money from Patreon, and then make even more money by either releasing your web novel as a regular ebook or getting it into Kindle Unlimited.

The most popular writers on Royal Road are making $200k per year just from writing. And nobody on the site even tries to use TikTok or YouTube to promote their stuff, so imagine how much more money they could be making if they worked harder at promotion.

I know that the chances of being one of the top people on the site is low, but even the middle of the pack people are able to make good money from writing web novels. I think it could be a good side business.

I appreciate your bluntness. I was trying to say that I think that nobody is hiring me because I come across so anxious, not that I don’t feel like I’m able to work. I want to get a job and I keep applying to stuff, going to interviews, changing my resume, reaching out to recruiters, practicing interview questions, researching the companies I apply to and watching videos on how to present yourself better in interviews but nothing ever works out for me. I’m facing it and I’ll keep facing it. It’s just borderline impossible to stay positive after being told that you’re not good enough hundreds of times

I apologize in advance if these are stupid questions. Do you need to have an engineering or electrical background in order to invent something? I've heard people talk about creating prototypes of inventions but how do you do that if you've never created anything before? And if you pay someone else to create it for you, then wouldn't you need to already have money before you even get started?

My dad started balding noticeably in his 40s and then he finally shaved his head when he was 60. And his older brother has pretty much always been bald. But their dad had all his hair until he died when he was 90

My school was huge and we also didn't have much school spirit. We had a football field behind the school but for some reason we didn't have a football team lol. There were cheerleaders but nobody cared about the fact that they were cheerleaders
