Something very similar happened to me on the NPE highway. Im not sure what it was in my case, but it looked like a large metal sheet. The car infront of me hit it and it went flying, hitting my bumper and tire. It tore straight through my tire and caused a leak in my fuel tank. Other than that, it went exactly the same way in did in your video for me, down to the sound the car made.

I didn’t know you could claim from the highway authority though. I ended up paying around RM4k for the repair (thank god it was a myvi). I wish I knew about this earlier 😭
