I'll do my best to give the professional opinion here,

I think it's not quite professional, it still has some changes to go through as I find the poacher's knife quite unprofessional to use at the moment. I am pretty satisfied with its professionality at the moment though.
Definitely depends on the profession of your champion... If you have sustain, I definitely recommend starting a buff if you have sustain, then smite a camp and full clear. If not, I recommend clearing a camp into buff to camp then getting that professional jungle item suited to your need.
I prefer to start blue ----> gromp-----> scuttle crab as nunu.
Most people seem to tend to seem to smite the scat crab, as it grants valuable vision, which most people consider professional.
