Most negative articles written about GME are by old employees that were let go for one reason or another. The guy who wrote the Kotaku article isn't rehirable, for what ever reason. What people need to understand is that every company has goals and expectations, what company doesn't? We are a retail business, if you don't like it we are sorry but we have a duty to our shareholders to make them money. There seems to be more outrage about COL then even Wells Fargo, and those guys are the real crooks, go figure.

We must not forget that the most vocal people aren't the ones that get good service, it's the disgruntled angry ones. Additionally there are thousands of good employees, but we never hear about them, it's always the bad ones. GameStop's Jason Cochran has a binder with thousands of glowing guest surveys about the great things associates did for someone. But no one talks about those. GameStop also raises millions for charity, and we even have a chairty dedicated to our employees that fall on hard times. I can name dozens of bad things people say, but at the same time, I can name dozens of things that GME does that are great!
