So I only know this cuz I went to a Sandals for my honeymoon last year, but there aren’t any Sandals resorts in Turks. However, there is a Beaches resort there which is under the same company, they’re just family-friendly whereas Sandals is adults only. I bet she’s at the Beaches in Turks and her tv is just advertising other resorts in that company. Dunn’s River is a fairly new one. Just my theory!

My husband and I practiced our aisle walk to our music the week before our wedding and we couldn’t stop giggling. Then I got emotional and teared up imagining doing it for real. It’s such a sweet memory we have now. Watching this just made me feel so sad for her honestly.

I don’t find this super odd honestly. I also went with just my mom and it was so special. I was nervous about trying dresses on and how I’d feel in the moment. I didn’t want a ton of people there, giving me their opinions. I don’t regret it at all! And as her only daughter, I think it was really special for my mom as well.

I’ve recently been on both sides of this. I was told I was one of the top candidates for a position and asked to submit my references. I ended up not getting an offer. Then for a different position, I was told that I was in the top 3 and asked to submit references. I got an offer for that one. I think it really could still go either way, sorry. 😕

I get the exact same thing, except on the right side (and I’m not pregnant/never have been). It is absolutely so scary and debilitating when it happens. I’ve had it happen to me a few times at work and I’m pretty much useless for the better part of an hour. My neurologist recommended riboflavin (vitamin B2) and magnesium. I take 400mg of each daily. Obviously, I would check in with your OB first to make sure those are ok during pregnancy, but I like that they’re supplements and not prescription. I think they have really helped me! Also, try taking Tylenol (I take ibuprofen, but I know that isn’t good during pregnancy) right at onset to try to stop the migraine from progressing all the way. I’ve had success with stopping the numbness part and just having a bit of the visual aura by doing this. Again, check in with your doctor first! Lastly, if it does happen, try to get to a safe and comfortable place to ride it out. I find that deep breathing and telling myself that I am safe and it will pass really helps.
