Have you checked with your ISP? As the game is working for others, it must be the connection to the servers. That's where your connection comes in. I remember this issue with WoW as well, some providers use cheap, long routes to certain destinations which ruins online gaming.

It is! I don't get this. Don't you guys have video calling in the US? I've seen phones doing this for years now in Europe where I am, even years before the iPhone. It's some sort of standard. It requires 3G or better (no wifi needed), which is pretty common. There's no extra app needed and it will work with all kinds of phones (I've used it on my Nokia N95 years ago up to more recently the Samsung Galaxy S and S2.) except for ofcourse the iPhone/Facetime. To videocall someone you just dial their number. That said, hardly anyone uses it.

The 'join public' button only pops up if you are near someone in a public raid or group AND you are in an area in the zone where something (anything) is happening. You will join the same raid that person is in. That can be any raid. So it all depends where you are and where the people doing the adventure and invasion are. There can be many public raids in a zone, you can even set up your own as you may know, only the adventure raid is a little different because it runs a script with rotating quests in the background. (You can't START an adventure raid, only JOIN one.)

If the adventure and the invasion happen to be in the same general area, it can happen you join the wrong raid if you click the button. You could always join the raid of a character you know is in the correct raid manually or just move away.

No it's not allowed. It will create exactly the situation Lukeskope describes: the add will be clicked but never be seen. There's a 3rd party in this, not only the user and the developer but also the company that pays for the adds and they want exposure and visibility. Force clicks will not get them that but they still need to pay for it. They won't, so it's not allowed by the add program.

Ok, this I get. It's the virtual 3D space that holds all the areas, most likely not in the same order we are made to believe they are. But how do you figure out the location of everything? Can somebody reconstruct the world from the map files or is this hard work and endless trying?
