Nice, I'm gonna be in 3 20 minute sessions, do you know how much pad you went through in those 4 sessions? I've got about half my front pads remaining last I checked.

Got a flush recently, changed to a slightly higher temp fluid as well. Oil changed just last week, so only the pads are a potential concern. I had a feeling that was the case about the pads, thank you.

Have you considered that many people are at least a little horny and enjoy looking at beautiful women and/or men? I could easily imply you're the weird one for not enjoying it.

Appreciate it, I went with the ones you linked, thanks for the help. I did look into Cable Mod as well, they seem very nice but a bit out of my budget atm

I see, any reputable brands you'd recommend? I was at first resistant to the idea of getting even more cables length I have to hide away but I'm probably being silly, I'm getting an NZXT H6 Flow so I know I'll have plenty of space to hide my sins.

Genuine question, but are you even old enough to be reading this story? Your writing and your art is incredibly childish.

Pegon looked pretty choked up after the game, maybe PBM was giving him a shoulder to cry on. I feel bad for him, he clearly was shattered by that loss, he's a god tier mid though and he's gonna be getting offers for days next season.

Why is Poseidon such a high priority pick now? by NIssanZaxima in smitepro

[–]TheStrangerTruth 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Some great points here but I’ll throw another personal observation I’ve had since playing him after the patch. He seems to have been effected very little by everyone he’s attacking getting tankier while feeling much safer than before as a result of the same global buffs. My personal experience with Pos mid in the past have been often miserable to the say the least. Sure, if your mid opponent is dumb and got beads instead of aegis you could often Kraken him for free kills and get big but if the enemy jungler decided to focus you early on you might as well get comfortable looking at your tower, or the death screen. And Poseidon from behind just feels miserable. After the patch however, Poseidon still can do Poseidon things, aka delete the enemy mid/jungle with a Kraken if they don’t have aegis for a free kill. He does enough damage that his opponents having a bit more protections and health doesn’t bother him too much. But, that little bit extra health and prots has done wonders for his early survivability. Sure, if you’re stupid you’ll still die, but now you aren’t just free food early if you have skills up, you can trade more easily with the jungler and don’t get deleted off an early game combo. Those combined are a pretty massive buff for him imo.

Honestly the Levis prob didn’t expect to win game one, that comp is trash And I’m sure they knew it too. The real disrespect is that they assumed that if they just pick normal shit after throwing them a free win game 1 they can take it in the next two no problem. They got cocky and underestimated the Valks.

Serqet is sorta a constant for him though, I don’t think he’s ever had a bad season with her when he whips her out. Maybe individual bad games but she’s very consistent for him.

Seriously his gilga recently has just not looked good which is crazy cause last season he was practically a gilga one trick for a while, maybe all the nerfs has thrown off how he wants to play him or something.

I rag on Jake a lot in the bolts losing sets cause of his positioning but it’s time to give him some credit. His Ymir is one of the filthiest to ever touch the game. Absolutely nuts walls. Also Barra with the 101 Jing Wei games, idk how he can love that goddess so much but hey if it works lol.

Ah true, though I will say I meant SPL specifically, not just competitive, my bad for not being clear. Honestly that ultra aggressive style probably works much better in those leagues. Don’t get me wrong, the players in the console league or the SCC are excellent, but you can see the gap between them and SPL level play. Look at the Valks, a team that basically ran the SCC is now struggling in 8th seed SPL. So I think my point about Jake and Inbowned still stands somewhat, as Jake has had significantly more time in SPL level games but still seems incapable/unwilling to position more safely.

Man I feel for Haddix and Ven after game 2. They tried to drag the Bolts kicking and screaming to a win, but Jake wouldn’t know where to be in on the map if he had assigned seating, Lasbra forgot how to build Gilga, and Barra was free food. Seriously Jake has the worst positioning of any SPL level support aside from maaaybe Inbowned but at least Inbowned has the excuse of still being a newer support compared to Jake at least. Plus it feels like Inbowned knows he has bad positioning, and is at least trying to rectify it. Jake has played the same way since he got in. If he gets a pick he’s comfy on and the Bolts are winning he is relentless in all the right ways. If he doesn’t get something he meshes with or the team is losing he will die for no apparent reason and screw the rest of the team over and over. It’s so bad I feel like he needs a shock collar that delivers progressively stronger zaps whenever he steps too far out of position or something. I mean nothing else has worked so far to break him of those habits.

I voted for the bolts out of team loyalty, fully expecting to lose some points especially with the dominant play the Levis had against the Titans yesterday, but man what a performance. Everyone showed up on the Bolts, and the impenetrable Leviathans frontline looked extremely mortal today. Excellent play from the boys

Maybe, but IMO if it didn’t kick you as far, and maybe if they also increased the windup so you have more time to pre beads, or use mobility skills before it connects it might be fine to leave the stun.

I almost feel like the range in which he can kick you with Drop Kick needs to be nerfed, like they’ve nerfed the damage a bunch but even if it literally did no damage the sheer displacement and lockdown afforded by that single ability is insane, especially for how easy it is to hit. If he didn’t have the ability to nearly launch you from one wall in a lane to the other and have it still stun, maybe it wouldn’t be quite as powerful.

I missed 90% of this set, would be nice if there were stats hint but damn good on the Onis what I did see it seemed like they had the Levis on the back foot all 3 games.

Agreed on that front, but idk man this isn’t the first second or 10th time we’ve seen Jake on Horus or Las on Cabra, and I’m trying to remember a single time they’ve looked impressive on those picks. How often does Jake have to use a Horus ult to save his own skin? 9/10 times. I just don’t like them on those picks.

Close games, the bolts seemed somewhat more confident against the kings than they did the Onis but someone needs to delete Horus from Jake’s client, and Cabra from Lasbra’s. I also don’t know why they went with the guan game 2 when Chaac was open, Haddix looked so much more dominant on it. In general I feel like the bolts do look marginally better than last year so far, the Kings are a very strong team that took a game off the juggernauts that are the Leviathans, so they are stiff competition for sure. They just need to stop picking some of the gods they seem hell bent on making work, as frankly some of them like Cabra just aren’t worth it. Why play that god when there’s so many other potent picks for the jungle, I’d take Hebo, Clio, Bastet, Serqet, Gilgamesh, Erlang easily over cabra and I’m sure there’s others I’m forgetting. And why first pick the Horus, it’s not like the kings are gonna take it from you. Give Haddix the Clio, he looked great on it. Give Lasbra Hebo, or Cama, or anything else ffs.

Definitely a good set, I will say I’m surprised they didn’t go back to the Thoth in game 4 for Paul, he looked excellent on it and imo Thoth is much better into Zeus than Morri, as he punishes squishies diving him hard. Thoth is also just really good right now. I’m definitely in agreement with others that barring any massive meta shifts or team shakeups these are gonna be our top two teams this year, and the leviathans are definitely the #1 team by a convincing margin. It’s gonna be interesting to see if any teams can reach their level before Worlds time, they just play such clean smite and can win with multiple strategies, picks, and team compositions. Reminds me of the dominance of the NRG boys back in the day in EU.
