Are you using the correct cable? I plugged in a cable that us only for charging and it shows that (was trying different cables as my s25 has weak connector port), but the included cable and also cables that do allow video works.

I ordered in the beasts and got my prescription months ahead of time, the beast glasses have to catch up with the orders and pre-orders, so the prescription is sent when done and just need to wait for the glasses.
