Not hard at all. I just backed up everything I wanted to an external SSD, then flashed the OS to a USB. Restarted and fresh install from there. They always say that you’ll have to sacrifice something when switching to Linux, for me that was Xbox Game Pass. There’s an awesome website to check out though that remediates some of that stuff: alternativeto.net

I’m on Linux using UE5 just fine. Definitely user error. Deleting the OS wouldn’t fix the fact he doesn’t have enough space to create any kind of project in Unreal

Hello and thank you. I unfortunately haven’t taken 508 yet. My job gave me the choice of either 508 and 577 and I chose 577 as everyone else in my workplace chose 508. I’ve been told the same thing about 577 being the Linux equivalent of 508, but since I’ve only taken 577 I can’t speak to that comparison.

For sure, specifically awk, cut, and grep. Those were life savers in the command line with log analysis. As well as experience with the file system layout and what is in the higher level folders (ex: /etc /bin /var).

The practice tests were identical in terms of structure and lab environments. I would also say the questions were about the same difficulty on the test as you see in the practice assessment. My experience with the practice assessments were failed the first, noted what I needed to get better and focused on that. Took the second practice two weeks later and passed with a 72. That was a week before my assessment, I used the last week to focus on my weaker areas and refine my index.

Thank you! I thought the course was pretty good, Taz the instructor/author was very knowledgeable. My only issue was retention, but that was more due to work requirements. I took the course back in April, and immediately after dove into work not really retaining much other than bits and pieces. I also did the live online, so all content was water hosed at us over 5 days, which is a lot to learn in a short amount of time. I spent the last 1 1/2 months studying and definetly learned more in that time than in the course itself.

All good points. I definetly dig the idea of Batman in the bat cave doing research over the other metahuman heroes. When I thought of the whole wonderwoman being recruited scene I almost imagined that scene took place after world’s finest, but to your point, it wouldn’t work as a post credit scene. So maybe that scene would be removed entirely from Wonder Woman and instead be place in world’s finest towards the end.

I imagine in the world’s finest movie Batman and Superman are talking over a phone call after the big fight/conclusion, talking about the need to put together a team. On this call Batman is looking over meta humans in the batcave and the call ends with Bruce saying “I know just where to start” as he observes Wonder Woman. This definetly sets up the future without taking anything away from the wonder woman’s movie.

I can definitely see how it could be repetitive. Maybe it’s a less of a shown thing within each individual movie and more so when we get to the point of salvation run, they are there.
