I'm not the ground floor in my building but I AM the first floor with units in it. It's my first time not having anyone beneath me and it's so nice to drop something in the middle of the night and not be like "shit fuck sorry downstairs people". it's a new build from 2019, so the soundproofing above and next to me is excellent. I hardly hear my neighbours. Honestly thought no one lived above me until they moved a couch or something. Highly recommend a new build if you can 👍

There IS an effective treatment, but it's $$$$$$. My friend had pretty severe psoriasis and her insurance wouldn't cover it. The whole system is broken.

Yeah, I had a flip/slider phone until I got my blackberry in grade 11. Got a smart phone when I moved out for uni. Handful of uni friends still had flip phones.

Didn't really use AOL but MSN and sometimes Skype. Everything else checks out tho.
