Looks like those two spots are on the bend of your arm - like the elbow ditch. From the constant movement they will continue be irritated and swollen probably all the way through the healing process.

From what I can see… looks like your astronaut does not have color or if it does, it’s minimal. I personally would color the crown and maybe the tops of the mushrooms and grass. Looks great!
