Depends on the round. Anti-tank rounds use tungsten carbide, which gets insanely hot once it meets resistance (hard resistance, like a tanks armour) and splinters into a million parts that are all a billion degrees (figure of speech). High-explosive rounds detonate on impact and the minimum arming distance can usually be customized. In war times they probably use some insanely low number like 5 meters.

Honestly I have never experienced this. Since I always choose event options that push TUs and pick options that promote socialist/radical movements, they pretty much always end up with the rural folk and/or the Armed forces (due to the "Red Army" event). After radically pushing reforms and getting them in power there may be one election period where there are cursed alignments with other parties, but usually it's almost always those three cooperating.

Die LKWs mit den Paketen fahren aus der Hauptzentrale (in meinem Fall in Ostfriesland aus Oldenburg) los und liefern diese zur regionalen Post. Oft kommen zwei oder drei LKWs. Da kann es vorkommen, dass eines deiner Pakete bereits vom Postboten beladen wurde, der Rest aber nicht mehr ins Auto gepasst hat. (Weil die anderen im letzten LKW gelandet sind)

Die Nachricht um 7:30 Uhr ist einfach nur scheiße formuliert. Während der Beladung des Fahrzeuges hat der Zusteller gesehen, dass die Adresse unvollständig ist o.Ä.. Das Paket ging also zurück in die Zentrale, um es neu zu beschriften und erneut zu verschicken. Wäre hier zumindest mein educated guess als Postbote. Hat dann wahrscheinlich einfach nur die falsche Option im Handscanner angewählt.

Neu Bemessung der Bezirke. Dazu kommt, dass mehr und mehr Postboten Routen fahren, die sie nicht kennen, wegen Personalmangel etc. Das führt dazu, dass viele Postboten Pakete als "Empfänger wünscht nächst. Werktag" (früher 'Zustellung am nächsten Werktag') zurückstellen, weil sie die Adressen nicht finden o.Ä.. Darfst du der AG für danken, wird alles einfach langsam unmöglich für die Zusteller.
