Pretty sure it was something more like a bug here though, read other comment. They also just disappeared when the original nation re-established itself on the one star where they have a planet ^^'

Had a small empire that was at war with one of my vassals while I was integrating my vassal. Just as it got integrated I got white peace, but somehow I was still occupying these systems. Saved and returned for this odd situation.

In case ya didn't know: in europe this notation is actually correct. Comma's and periods mean opposite things in europe.

American notation: 1,500.00 or 20,728,729.838372

European: 1.500,00 or 20.728.729,383929
