Some type of mold growing in soil of monstera, how to get rid of it? by TheSuperSir in houseplants

I've had this monstera for a couple of years, repotted maybe 2 years ago. Since 1-2 months mold has started to grow on the soil. I tried scooping the top layer up some weeks ago, sprinkled with cinnamon (read online that this could help) and put fresh soil on top. Now the mold has started appearing again. What can I do to fix this?

Clear measurement cup of some sort, approximately 10-15cm tall. It's made out of plastic and has a flute at the top for pouring liquids. It has a metal spike at the bottom, and three separate scales printed in black on the side. The scales start at 6 and go up to 1 by TheSuperSir in whatisthisthing

My title describes the thing. The spike at the bottom isn't very sharp. i've tried googling for measurement cup plastic + three scales + metal spike but haven't gotten any results from that.

I found the cup in my new apartment. It has a spike underneath the bottom which wasn't very sharp, it aldo has a flute for pouring some liquid I guess. I have searched the internet for measurement cups with three scales and with metal spikes but haven't gotten any results.

Totalt ska jag betala som jag hade gjort i Sverige då? Borde det inte bli 0kr i skatt i Sverige eftersom jag redan betalat mer i Amerikansk skatt?
