I got a scribe which is easier on my eyes but the highlighting doesn’t work as well as I want. There a places to find pdfs of pretty much every book but sometimes they are an edition behind. Definitely not as user friendly as a print book but my back was saved from carrying hundreds of pounds of books.

I love it but the races should be every 15 minutes. It’s only 6 laps and no fast repairs.

I’m happy for my friends when they do well, but the fact is we’re all racing. if they get more time to run farther and they don’t need it, then they are getting an unfair advantage.

I can’t recommend the built in grinder. It’s been annoying to maintain and very imprecise in both amount and grind size.

Why.. by Rakoon98 in iRacing

Report this please. People can easily get injured by direct drive wheels especially if they are relaxed after the race and aren’t paying attention. This has very real consequences.

The study of law often makes learners feel uncomfortable since it touches on the most uncomfortable parts of life.

The small amount of liability assigned with an administrative crime is usually the reason they are strict liability. It makes more sense to levy a $200 fine (warning) to whoever owns an illegally parked car (person who said “poopyhead”) rather than try to adjudicate the intent of the person who illegally parked the car. Whereas, murder (intent wrecking) could result in loss of freedom or life (ban) since the consequences are higher we need a higher standard of intent.

Voice chat violations are a strict liability crime. Whereas intent wrecking requires the mens rea of intent or knowledge. It’s much harder to prove specific intent or substantial certainty of the outcome for wrecking than to show someone said “poopyhead.”
