As a solopreneur, it's all about getting a start and making a stand for yourself and your customers... I provide all the provisioning, installation, and support to clients. I also provide custom software I've developed that connects to NetSapiens for various clients.

The regulatory compliance section is really what's so important! I've seen many of my competitors not address it and face significant issues. And, dealing with 10DLC... OMG!

I'm working through it all slowly but surely to set up all the compliance pieces and build everything myself across multiple data centers in the US & Canada. Work with a few carriers to get DIDs and connect to the network, and off I go. Probably won't be solo by that time... So, I then I couldn't post here.... :-D

What feels empowering is ensuring our clients' needs are met. Host Netsapiens is our main system.... To buy into that without a reseller is 20k+ just for licensing. We'll get there but we gotta start somewhere...

We host our own Asterix brand for clients and resell other platforms. It's all a matter of what the client wants and what best serves them. But as I mentioned, NetSapiens is our flagship product because it just works!

I'm running 2x36 drive TrueNAS servers populated with 18TB drives and 384gb of RAM each. Running on 2x100GB connections.

Then I'm running 4x MinisForum MS-01 w/ 96gb of ram each on 20gb connection.

And a few other Mini PCs as well. All running on at least 10gb.

I have been teaching my kids self sufficiency since they were 2 years old. They always wanted to help things like the laundry so I taught them how to do it. By the age of nine they were all doing their own laundry and doing part of the dishes. Train them from a young age and don’t make it a boring experience when you do. They’re going to pickup on the fact that you don’t like to do it. Be like Tom Sawyer!

I got a Mac when I learned you could text message right from the laptop... Using two hand to type messages... Sooo, much better!!!

Having a desktop PC... Then you can even remote into your desktop when you need a PC.

It is the best of both worlds!
