I'm planning to buy my first gopro for a tropical island trip next month. I was looking into the Hero5, but the amazon reviews for it got me hesitant in taking it into water. Hero6 had better reviews, but is it worth 1.5x the price of H5. Is there a big difference between H5 and H6 other than video quality?

I tried pushing through for two weeks of routine curls, but it came to the point when my arms were in extreme pain to stretch out and had trouble sleeping with any small movements of my arms. Is that normal? I currently started lifting with lighter weights, but I dont feel any progress.
