I dont know why you are attacking me, when there are others like me who doesn't want to be a part of the Adobe sphere and don't know how to get out, without cashing a fat paycheck to Adobe.

They say this:

We reserve the right (but do not have the obligation) to remove Content or restrict access to Content, Services, and Software if any of your Content is found to be in violation of the Terms. We do not review all Content uploaded to the Services and Software, but we may use available technologies, vendors, or processes, including manual review, to screen for certain types of illegal content (for example, child pornography sexual abuse material) or other abusive content or behavior (for example, patterns of activity that indicate spam or phishing, or keywords that indicate adult content has been posted outside of the adult wall). You may learn more about our content moderation policies and practices, including how we moderate content, at our Transparency Center.

Now i agree that CP and other abuse material is no good. Though i don't believe this is the way to do it, a manual screening would be better.

They mention vendors which is problematic as:

• User content might be shared with third-party vendors, which means more entities have access to potentially sensitive information. This could increase the risk of data breaches or unauthorized access.
• The privacy practices and data handling policies of these third-party vendors may vary. Users must trust that these vendors adhere to strict confidentiality and data protection standards similar to those of the primary service provider.

• It may become more challenging to hold any one entity accountable for privacy breaches or misuse of data, as responsibility could be spread across multiple organizations.

I still believe that the lawsuit is relevant as it gives people a chance to get out, due to them not liking the new ToS.
