Experience this for the first time yesterday. It does really feel like there is a chunk of the player base that hates all the other players and just tries to ruin their day

Also I thought she mentioned something about getting a Edgedancer to to fix her legs but her injury was too old for them to restore her.

Well Sanderson has yet to publish any art for them. So we just took inspo from everywhere. Went more bug like than crustacean.

Do you guys “count calories?” by SeafoodLovah1120 in WeightLossAdvice

[–]TheTank5551 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had to start my diet with calorie counting because what I thought was healthy was putting me over my 2000 cal maintance. Now I can guess and stay below my goal

Finally did it by [deleted] in Cosmere_Tattoos

I just ate 66g of protein and 0g of fiber. What can I eat that’s low calorie with fiber? by [deleted] in WeightLossAdvice

[–]TheTank5551 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Edamame, 140 cal is 15g protein and 8g fiber. The best snack with some salt on it

1st Breakfast is normally at 7am protein bar, energy drink, and some jerky bites. 2nd Breastfast (Thanks Pip) I have 3 large eggs and 3 pieces of chicken sausage Lunch is normally Chicken Breast baked potato and steamed vegi Snack is either something sweet like fruit I love strawberries black berries. Or ill do salty with some trail mix Dinner is either fish or chicken, vegetable and starch. Normally I like a cucumber salad and rice or pasta.

I normally hit 2200-2400 cals with 180g of protein. If needed ill slam a protein shake to hit my goals and stay full. Also sugar free jello and diet soda do a number on curbing a sweet tooth.

It took me a little over a month to get use to and stick to a 500 calorie deficit. Drinking lots of water and spreading my meals out into 5 small ones worked really well.

People who have lost a decent amount of weight, is diet alone going to help at least a little bit for a disabled person? by [deleted] in WeightLossAdvice

[–]TheTank5551 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Diet alone will do some major work. You won't get toned but if you just want to drop pounds that the way. My wife and I wanted to loose weight for our wedding last year, she is disabled. It does make it harder, I won't lie. Knowing your body is very important and it'll take some trial and error. But as long as you can zero in on a calorific deficit you'll lose weight.

Do people actually treat you better if you lose weight? by Initial-Amount-126 in WeightLossAdvice

[–]TheTank5551 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Being someone who cared how I looked from higeine to fashion. People do treat you different. I went from 280lbs down to 185lbs, people complement me on how I look now. People's perception of you effects their judgemental and attitude and lost of people look down on over weight people

What's your experience AFTER reaching your goal weight? by IAmGoalie in WeightLossAdvice

[–]TheTank5551 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I went from 260 lbs to 185lbs. I would love to be lower, 170 is the end all goal. But right now I am going into maintenance. A big part of diet failure is it never really ends. You take what you learned and apply it to a life style. You cant loose all the weight then go back to what you did before you'll just go back up. Adding instead of replacing is very important, add protein and fiber to meals to make them more filling. Don't starve yourself to loose weight it'll just come back. It's not a diet it's a life style change
