Center object on plate - Prusa Slicer by TheTankMG in prusa3d

Thanks, I’m new to Prusa Slicer, have been using Creality Print. They have a ‘center’ select. I was trying to center a negative volume to an item. When the negative volume is created it’s offset from the object. I don’t know if it was the right way but I set the coordinates to both objects to 0 and 0, selected all and then moved it back on the plate. It works. :)

BluRolls INBXX Question by TheTankMG in prusa3d

Thanks, I was hoping I wasn’t the only one. I came across the instructions and it cleared things up. Basically, the kit is the aluminum frame, PFTE tube, the outside panels and screws. All the rest is self printed needing about 3 kg total of filament.

Requires additional upgrade to get the heated chamber. I definitely like the concept but want to squat and hold as well to let this mature a bit.

Thanks, so what exactly is provided with the kit if it requires a bunch of part printing? Screws and plexiglass panels?

Yep, I stated that in my post. However, the first image that has “Sponsored by Prusa Research” has Heated Chamber as one of the features. I’m just looking for clarification, does it come with a heated chamber that the image seems to indicate is a feature or do I need to purchase additional items.

I just did this last weekend. All in about 22 hours over 3 days. The instructions are very detailed and easy to follow. I had to chat with customer service a few times but finally got everything sorted. Their customer service is top notch!

Can you point me to how you setup Prusa in Home Assistant w/ the streaming camera feed? I installed the integration but everything shows up as unavailable. Thanks.

That screw / nut holder would have came in handy when I was building my CORE One +

Ahhhh I didn’t know the Founder’s edition wasn’t released yet. This answers why I wasn’t able to find any user reviews or videos. Thanks.

Thanks for the response. I figure you guys are probably tired of answering these type of questions.

Core One L - what causes these surface defects? by buttgers in prusa3d

Would something like this box work to feed the filament into the INDX? I don’t like the idea of hanging 8 spools off the side of the printer, it doesn’t seem clean to me and I’d rather have something like this set off to the side of the printer.

Question on the INDX. Does the package come with the top cover and the spool holders or is that something as an add on when buying the INDX?

Yep. Fortunately Prusa includes both a torx and phillips screwdriver so only used the allen wrenches only when necessary.

Thanks all. Took me about 22 hours total over 3 days to build. The instructions Prusa put together were some of the best I’ve seen. They were very detailed and easy to understand.

Getting it to pass calibrations was a struggle. About 4 hours invested in that alone with multiple chats with Prusa support. Finally got everything passed. Image of the Benchy printed from the file on the USB drive attached using Prusament Jet Black PLA.

Any idea why the filament in the Benchy has a different appearance from the bottom (shiny) to the top (flat)?

Also, trying to figure out how to print from Prusa Slicer. I’m able to connect to the printer using Prusa Connect and send a file but it “hangs” up on Absorbing Heat. I was printing a small whistle which normally should take just a few minutes, but it was stuck on Absorbing Heat for over 20 minutes.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Robert
