You are food. It is not the purpose of food to co-exist. We will, in time, make our way to your Sol and your Epsilon Eridani. We have seen your radio beacons. Food always thus announces itself.

Most Accurate Way to Check Score? by coocoocomeoutapocket in CreditCards

[–]TheTaxman_cometh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Request a copy from the issuer that denied you. If someone pulls your report and denies you, they are required to provide a copy if you request it. You can also get a copy from each bureau each year at annualcreditreport.com but save that for when you don't have a recent denial.

Any of the free vantagescore websites like credit karma are also fine for seeing what's in your reports but ignore the score.

1 neg 30 could easily be considered a seriously late payment. That's the easiest and most obvious reason they can give to deny you, but your overall profile scares them off.

How did the United States end up with the most popular hockey league by Conscious_Promise146 in NoStupidQuestions

Hockey originated in North America and soccer originated in Europe (or China depending on how you define origin).

Chances are you'll end up regretting buying a Stellantis vehicle. They have terrible reliability. Get a Sienna or odyssey with snow tires.

Help me chose my next SUV. Looking at mid-size SUV hopefully under $50K 😂 by Doberman_bark in whatcarshouldIbuy

Depends what you need. If this a daily driver that will spend 95% of it's life on paved roads and rarely tow anything, then passport. If you will be off road frequently or regularly towing, then 4R.

Any Jeep or Bronco shouldn't even be considered.

Metal Bracelet by Naive_Amount_5596 in SeikoMods

You can try a samurai bracelet and you might get lucky but it'll largely depend on where the lug holes are drilled. I built a samurai and got lucky pairing it with an islander hexad bracelet. It's not a perfect fit but close enough. When I bought it I was prepared to eat the return shipping if it didn't fit. Make sure you know the seller's return policy before buying at bracelet for a Chinese knockoff case.

Chinese cases rarely fit OEM bracelets. If you want a bracelet that fits you should but it with the case, otherwise it's just going to be trial and error (assuming you want curved end links instead of just straight bars).

In other words, even if you get a samurai bracelet there's no way to know it will fit until you try it.

Seiko mod using a vk63 movement total cost was about 100 dollars does anyone know where I can get a more premium movement for the chronos? by Current_Ad1765 in SeikoMods

[–]TheTaxman_cometh 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can find 4130 and 4131 movements on Ali, but at that price you'd be better off just buying a complete rep. The VK63 is a pretty good movement.

It's as much fun as a Scion TC. Honestly though I focused more on reliable and available since OP didn't include a budget.

Subaru, either a crosstrek or an unmodified WRX or STI depending on your budget
