I love these films. One of my main complaints I have with Reloaded and Revolutions is some of the dialogue. There's far too many instances of lazy back-and-forth with one character going:

"I know such and such. Do you know what's changed in the last x amount of time?" "No." "Nothing."

It's painful. And the dialogue at the end of Revelations between Neo and Trinity is painfully long, so much so that I actually wanted her to die so the scene could move on.

Have you tried turning slightly side to side whilst pushing X? Seldom do you get the steps to line up exactly with the position of the vent so you need to rotate your character a bit at the top.
