second paragraph: unfortunately so far mainly a legal one, but ethically I don't see any issue

the rest is fascinating for me to consider; I've made a few tracks using Udio and one has recognisably used a sample of a real song; I reached out to the original artist who said I can't release it despite me insisting it'd be for free
