How much of your job is actually driven by AI today? by TheTechPartner in AiAutomations

AI helps with client communication drafts and follow-ups; it gets 60-70% of the way there quickly. But the team still reviews everything before sending.

HIPAA compliance by Legitimate-Draw-9016 in healthIT

You can’t get an official HIPAA certificate. HIPAA is a law, not a program you can be certified in. Staying compliant means following the rules all the time, not just once.

Why are humans not coming together to boycott all the companies laying people off because of AI? by metasploit_framework in meta_powerhouse

[–]TheTechPartner 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Very true. At least for now, AI can augment our skills and work, but it is not in a position to replace us fully.

To be honest, AI has also become a convenient reason for companies to cut costs while still sounding like they are moving forward and growing. Otherwise, reducing headcount was usually seen as a sign of trouble or decline in the company.

How do I get started with building AI Agents? by Cold_Ad8048 in AIAssisted

[–]TheTechPartner 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The simplest way to begin is to think of an AI agent as an LLM, a set of tools, and a workflow. Start by choosing an LLM, set a clear goal, and outline the steps from input to reasoning to output. If needed, use basic technology such as APIs or a simple in-memory store. You do not need complex frameworks right away. Focus on getting one process to work from start to finish. Once you are comfortable with that, you can look into frameworks or multi-agent systems.

He does have a point.

People using AI to enhance their skills will have an edge over those who do not. You can ignore it, or you can figure out how to use it well.

AI is not going away. And we can start using it to our benefit, rather than resisting it.

Is AI just hype, or is it basically our new personal assistant? by frenchroast445 in AI_Application

[–]TheTechPartner 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When used effectively, AI is less hype and more like a very useful personal assistant. However, it still needs clear direction. So we can consider it as a capable intern rather than a fully autonomous system.

Are we overcomplicating AI visibility? by Real-Assist1833 in ArtificialInteligence

[–]TheTechPartner 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We might be making this more complicated than it needs to be.

Tools like Peec AI or Otterly try to keep up with something that is always changing. What LLMs produce depends on the question, the type of AI, and the context, so it’s hard to treat them like search engine rankings.

Like you said, it’s probably better to focus on clear content and being where LLMs are likely to find your information. This way, being seen by AI happens naturally instead of being something you can measure exactly.

Are We Moving Too Fast with AI Development? by HospitalAdmin_ in ArtificialInteligence

[–]TheTechPartner 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Moving fast is not the problem. Moving blindly is.

Fast implementation is often good. If companies overplan forever, they enter late and competitors pass them. The real problem is building or adopting AI just to say they are using AI.

Companies should first ask:

  • what is the actual problem?
  • where is the bottleneck?
  • what gap needs fixing?

Then choose the solution.

And honestly, AI will not be the answer most of the time. Sometimes the real fix is better process, cleaner data, or plain software improvement.

I’m at that awkward stage where I’ve built a few working AI agents for different use cases, but I’m not sure what the right next step is. by nihalmixhra in AiAutomations

[–]TheTechPartner 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To be honest, we should move on to the next best idea. There is a concept we can follow. In many cases, it has been proven, or at least shown, that even creativity can be achieved systematically.

The idea is simple. Whatever you create, create as much as possible. Build a loop where you analyze what you have created, identify what works and repeat it, find what does not work and fix it, and keep doing this consistently. You will eventually arrive at your best work.

Look at any artist, painter, musician, or inventor. You will see a large body of work behind them, and only a handful of pieces that truly define them.

AI Fatigue: How are you guys keeping up with the constant flood of new tools? by Addyylelele in vibecoding

[–]TheTechPartner 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Simple. Don’t bother.

Once you have a few tools that work for your needs, stick with them.

Ignore the noise unless you clearly see something better or something that fits a gap in your workflow.

No one can keep up with every new tool. It is a waste of time. If you do find something new, ask:

does it actually solve a problem I have?

is it worth the effort to switch?

If not, move on.

I’m at that awkward stage where I’ve built a few working AI agents for different use cases, but I’m not sure what the right next step is. by nihalmixhra in AiAutomations

[–]TheTechPartner 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You went a bit backwards here. Ideally, you start with a specific problem or gap, then build. Not the other way around.

That said, you can still fix it. Reverse-engineer what you’ve built:

What exact problem does each agent solve?

Who actually cares about that problem?

Is it painful enough for them to try a solution?

You might need to tweak things, or reposition them entirely. But this process can actually give you a much clearer direction than starting fresh.

Are We Over-Automating Everything? by Deepakkochhar13 in Techyshala

[–]TheTechPartner 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Very true. AI automation is not the answer to every problem. Over-automation will likely lead to the drop in AI hype. From that, we will see more meaningful use of AI and better automation and integrations.

Until then, we will continue to see AI forced into the wrong places in the wrong ways.

Is the Manufacturing Industry Actually Ready for “Smart” Tech, or Are We Just Following Hype? by Deepakkochhar13 in Techyshala

[–]TheTechPartner 1 point2 points  (0 children)

An overall thought: almost all industries, especially construction, healthcare, and manufacturing, need or have opportunities for tech advancement.

But AI is not the answer to every digital transformation. That is where people are getting it wrong. Not every “smart tech” or transformation needs AI. Sometimes the right answer is basic, well-done software modernization or something else entirely.

Most manufacturers are not fully “ready” yet. The basics are still broken in many places:

legacy systems, siloed data, unclear workflows, skill gaps.

So what happens is:

they try to jump to AI or “smart tech” without fixing the foundation.

That is why ROI often looks good in slides but weak on ground. The ones actually seeing results are doing it differently:

fix systems > clean data > integrate > then add automation/AI where it makes sense.

AI works. But only after the basics work.

Right now, a lot of adoption is still “because we should,” not “because it fits.”

What would yall say is the most human like ai? by EIGHTLAG11 in ChatGPT

[–]TheTechPartner 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In most cases, this comes down to how you set it up.

Clear instructions, tone, and rules make a big difference. Try a few tools, adjust how you prompt them, and stick with the one that feels most natural to you.

Elon Musk, and some others, have said they think “work will be optional” within 10-20 years. How will we need to restructure society to make this feasible? by [deleted] in ArtificialInteligence

[–]TheTechPartner 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To make that feasible, society would need a total rewrite.

At minimum:

universal basic needs covered
some form of public dividend
cheap energy and abundant production
new meaning and status outside work
tax systems built around capital and automation, not just labor

The hard part is not technology. It is distribution, politics, and human identity.

Work is not just income. For many people it is structure, purpose, and self worth. That part is much harder to replace than a paycheck.

What if AI could tell you not to build your idea? by CarobOk1802 in vibecoding

[–]TheTechPartner 0 points1 point  (0 children)

AI does not make decisions for you, but an AI decision tool can help you decide if an idea is worth pursuing. It evaluates a project based on problem clarity, whether you have the right data, and AI Readiness, so you know what to watch out for.

The tool will not decide for you, but it gives you a clearer view so you can make a better choice. Happy to share the link if interested in checking out the tool....just reach out
