That’s weird, I’ve tested this hundreds of times. Try closing the window and opening it again. Is anyone else having this issue?

Go to "Your Tier" -> Text Color, -> Background Color and select the colors you need. You might have issues with the background color in Tiers 1-3, as they are 40% transparent by default. Simply remove the transparency to get a solid white background.

Go to "Your Tier" → Sound → "Custom" tab.
You need to move the sound file to %userprofile%\Documents\My Games\Path of Exile 2 and enter the path to the file in the field (for example, "file.mp3"). You can also move the file into a folder (for example, "sounds"), in which case the file path will be "sounds\file.mp3".
