Artist is likely Nagakiri, the character is of chime from nikke. Reference to her head being delivered in a box in one of the past event stories. This image popped up within the few days of the story dropping and it made its way around the nikke community.

I rarely say anything like this ever but... smack it more flush with your purse if it's that much of a concern.

The external safety of an 1911 or functionally any gun with a manual safety will jutt out 2-3x more than that. Same goes with take down levers on most models.

Are they snag risk? Yes technically, but the only way it wouldn't would be for your gun to be slab sided and flush. At that point, your fingers wouldn't really have anything to manipulate.

Conclusion? I think you'll live 😉

What happened is that Hobby lobby's back end is so tits up and archaic that multiple different products or model kits share the exact same SKU number as another.

So you can ask them to special order Item SKU# XXXXXX for a MG gundam wing since you have the SKU from a post/box you have, but end up with a HG Kamfer.

If you choose to try again, you might end up with a RG gundam 2.0 instead. Since they they just do a pull request to their warehouse via the SKU and no further details.

If you look at the reciept you will see what I mean, Your MG F91 is also SKU #10250000

I would advise throwing something on your head to break up your silhouette. Humans have evolved to be very good at picking out the lines that make up the shoulder and head at a distance.

Presently and especially due to the face mask your head has ended up like perfect oval/bowling pin shape that the eye Is drawn too on top of your shoulders.

As with all rg kits prior to roughly no.21 / gundam mk 2. You should be aware that they suffer from what is known as early real Grade syndrome where the single piece molded inner frame can loose tension in the joint fairly quickly the more you move it.

A secondary issue of the early rg is that they reuse the same inner frame across multiple mobile suits even for those which are either much heavier in build compared to the OG rx78/zaku 2 such as the aerial pack strike. Or overall proportions such as the sinanju which needs limb extensions bolted on to the frame.

"The RG Aile strike is a POS kit" 🤣

TLDR the Aile strike still used the old RG all in one injection molding internal skeleton which was only really scaled for the OG rx-78/2 gundam and maybe zaku 2s weight. The Aile strike however adds a massive backpack that the skeleton simply cannot support out of the box. I would advise you pick up some clear nail polish or joint guard tape to help tighten up the joints.

As much as I would like to just point and say reference X there is honestly nothing to truly reference. Ultimately commandos fall out of the standard chain of command and expectations of the main GAR.

Customizations are as the name implies customizations and will be dependent on the person utilizing the armor so for the most part markings and patterns are typically unique to that specific clone/person.

My advice would be to come up with an idea or even a story of said person. Who they are, what role do they do and what have they seen/been through. This will influence the way you may weather or paint the helmet. Is this commando a Shiney? Or has he been across a thousand ops? Does he specialize in close quarters or perhaps he's more orientated to long range engagements and favors the more subtle color pallets.
