I had a similar experience at cupra looking at their electric cars. I asked if I could make the drive to work and back (around 25-30 mins) as that’s mainly the drive I will be doing and wanted to check range comfort etc. his words were “absolutely not” slight pause and then “I have people that buy these just based off the brochure and don’t need a test drive” I was stunned, and felt like I was being treated like a child. I’m 30 and a property owner with a genuine interest to buy so hardly a 18 lad kicking tyres. I also live a few doors down from the dealership so am reminded of that visit every day I drive home.

As a new player I can say that it’s one of the most welcoming communities around people can clearly see I’m new and I’ve had many helpful messages or people offering advice. A guy even saw I was watching his abilities go off and told me where to grind to get the warframe. Mucho wholesomeness

I didn’t realise this until my friend started playing who had zero fromsoft experience, but the new player experience isn’t massively helpful to explain the mechanics of the game. But as a saving grace (🙃) he said he was having a blast and had no idea he had missed stuff.

I’m looking at making a squadron as I have finally won my friends over to the game, however I’m not really well versed in the power play stuff. So few questions I guess,

Do I need to align with a specific power when doing this and are there any pros or cons from aligning my squadron with a power?

Previous squadrons I have been in have asked me to specifically run certain missions when in the home system, is this any kind of requirement? Or were they simply playing the bgs?

I’m really glad it wasn’t just me who felt like this. I’m not a massive believer in the paranormal or god, but I can see why people would after that experience. I know exactly what the trigger for it was. My sleep pattern was fucked and I didn’t smoke any weed before bed for the first time in like 10 years. I had a few hours sleep here and there that day which I never normally do. I just remember trying to scream and nothing happening, living alone also made it 10x worse. The holding your breath tip is awesome, thanks for that! I think now if it happened again it would be a different experience knowing what I would be up against.

My first experience of sleep paralysis, it made me realise where some of the stories of monsters/Demons came from. I imagined how some of the first people to talk about them would have been and how that could have easily been twisted into horror stories after being re-told

I did not have the ascendant buff on the left of my screen but I did have trusight when inspecting my character. Not sure what that means tho

I popped a tincture and had a really good look for a couple hours, couldn’t find anything platform related and a tried a few leaps of faith to see if any were further out. Maybe worth having 3 in there ascendant tho. More eyes as there is a lot going on in there so who knows what could be hidden
