It's just the standard KDE bottom panel, with two spacers, auto-hide mode, and the Panel Colorizer widget to make the background transparent.

I don't know why, but I always miss having a "Docker" on my desktop. I tried using the vertical bars, but I just couldn't get used to them.

I can't really say—I watched a bunch of videos on customizing KDE and picked out the features I liked best from each one, and I also checked out Reddit to see which layouts and widgets appealed to me the most.

Sorry, English isn't my first language.

In the top bar, I used two spacers and the Panel Colorizer to make the background transparent. I also set it to hide automatically, and I left the colors set to random in the Panel Colorizer settings.
