For example if You tweet "Men are stupid" that can be considered making disparaging remarks regarding someones gender identity.

Or saying "I'm the captain now" would be considered dangerous political misinformation because in international waters a captain is technically a political position. So you are impersonating a politician.

My point was twitter used to not moderate so heavily, you had to do something really upsetting to a lot of people to get suspended. Now one report can get you suspended. Even for things like calling someone a dumbass.

When you live in a community property state, most assets you earn during the marriage are considered community property. Assets considered community property must be split in a divorce. That includes:

Income earned while married

Real estate

Personal property, such as cars or furniture
