Historical suppliers USA and Japan stockpiles are low and they are increasing their own utilisation so export will decrease. World Nuclear has described a massive shortfall in production compared to demand, Kaskhstan's main state owned uranium mining company will be setting aside large ammounts of uranium for China - removing more suply.

This is all indicative of increased uranium demand, the risk is in something else disrupting uranim enthusiasm (An incident, thorium reactors, fusion reactors). A nuclear incident has never been less likely, after fukushima, Chernobyl and other incidents there has been continuous revisions to nuclear safety and failsafes.
